Our Cemeteries

Woodlawn Cemetery is the largest and most well-known of the four cemeteries in the Lodi-Harrisville area. Established in 1897, the cemetery is home to beautiful rhododendrons, mature trees, and the final resting places of many of the founding families of the community. The grounds feature winding paths and historic monuments that reflect the rich heritage of the Village of Lodi.

Old Lodi Cemetery holds the distinction of being the oldest cemetery in Medina County. Established in 1815, this historic burial ground contains some of the oldest headstones in the region. Many of the original pioneers and founding residents of Lodi are interred here, making it an invaluable resource for genealogists and local historians.

Albert/Munson Cemetery is a small rural cemetery located in Harrisville Township, established around the 1820s. Named after prominent early families of the area, this quiet resting place holds the remains of settlers and farmers who helped build the Harrisville community. The cemetery offers a peaceful glimpse into the agricultural heritage of the township.

Voorhees Cemetery, established in 1845, is another of the historic rural cemeteries maintained by the Friends of the Cemeteries. Named after the Voorhees family, early settlers of Harrisville Township, this cemetery preserves the memory of generations of families who lived and worked in the surrounding countryside.
